What LTPS means at KL University
Every course at KL is described by four numbers: L-T-P-S, hours per week of Lecture, Tutorial, Practical and Skill. A course written as 3-0-2-4, for example, has three lecture hours, no tutorial, two practical hours and four skill hours a week. Attendance is tracked for each component, which is why seniors at Vaddeswaram tell first-years to watch their skill and practical hours as closely as lectures.

What is the minimum attendance at KL University?
KL University expects high attendance, commonly 85%, with condonation in genuine cases down to a lower limit as per the academic regulations. Check the current regulation on the ERP or with the class advisor, and set that target in the calculator.
How to calculate KL University CGPA
KL follows a 10-point, credit-based system. SGPA is the credit-weighted average of grade points for one semester, and CGPA is the same across all semesters.

KL attendance calculator: 85% and 100% targets
The LTPS tab shows the overall percentage, each component's percentage, and either how many more hours can be missed or how many must be attended in a row to reach the target. For an attendance calculator 100 percent target the maths is simple: any missed hour makes 100% unreachable for that semester, and the calculator says so.
Medical or event leave usually has to be applied for on the ERP within a few days. Hours that are approved as condoned don't count as absences; enter them as attended once approved.
